Hello Valley Village Homeowners,

I hope your year is off to a wonderful start and that you are keeping healthy!

February is, of course, the month of Valentine’s Day.  Often when we think about our relationships, we think about our spouses, kids, parents, close friends and extended family.  But what about your relationship with your home?  You are likely to spend more time at home than any other place.  Is our home still making you happy?  Is it providing you with everything you need out of a home?  Perhaps you’ve outgrown your home or the maintenance has become too much for you?

If you having doubts, it’s probably time for us to talk. Don’t worry, I promise not to tell your home that you are starting to think about parting ways.  Client - Realtor confidentiality has you covered there!

If you are wondering about the housing market in VALLEY VILLAGE, I can tell you that we did have a major slowdown in activity due to the events at the Capital on January 6th, but things took off like a rocket again as soon as we hit Inauguration Day. The market is back to being RED HOT! Buyer are anxious to buy here in Valley Village but there are simply not enough available homes to satisfy demand.  We are undeniably deep in a seller’s market.

Kind regards,

Luke
