On to sales activity for VALLEY VILLAGE Single Family Residences (SFR)… Things are definitely heating up! We’ve had an uptick in closed sales with many properties spending less than a week on the market before selling. As you can see from the enclosed market report, all indicators (blue up arrows) show a strong seller’s market. It is important to keep in mind this could start to shift if we endure an extended period of stock market volatility and fears over the coronavirus.
